Common issues

My bank connection broke

Banks occasionally require you to re-authenticate. Open Sally → Settings → Connected Banks, and tap "Reconnect" on the affected institution.

I want to delete my account

Open Sally → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

A transaction is missing or wrong

Pull down on the home screen to refresh. If a transaction is still missing after 24 hours, email us with the date, amount, and merchant and we'll investigate.
